| BY USING several international public housing projects as reference points, developers of the Tram Rd affordable housing complex have learnt the do’s and don’ts, the project’s boss says.
Loddon Mallee Housing Service chief executive Ken Marchingo said the company studied examples of public housing developments from around the world to see what worked and what did not.
