If you are homeless or about to become homeless, Haven can help. Our Housing division provides tailored housing options for people who have nowhere to live or may be facing that prospect.
Through our Affordable Housing Association and Transitional Housing Management programs we provide emergency, short-term and long term affordable rental housing to thousands of Victorians each year.
We will assist you to overcome any initial crisis and investigate every avenue to find you a safe and permanent home of your own. In many cases, we will also co-ordinate the necessary support services to help you address the issues which have contributed to your homelessness.
Haven now owns and manages approximately 1000 residential properties across Victoria and we expect this number to rise dramatically by June 2012, increasing our capacity to provide quality affordable housing to more and more Victorians.
The majority of our homes not only reflect the character of the community in which they are built but are often of equal or superior design and quality to private rental housing.
