Robust compliance framework

Loddon Mallee Housing Services Ltd, trading as Haven; Home, Safe, is a company limited by guarantee which ensures a stronger and robust compliance framework.

Haven became Victoria's first registered Housing Association in 2005 and as a result is regulated annually under the Housing Act to ensure that our activities and performance meets compliance.

The Registrar peruses our organisational activities and prepares a report annually which can be found on the Housing Registrar's website www.housingregistrar.vic.gov.au 

Haven has 9 Board of Directors who are the technical and legal owners of the organisation. 

The Directors act as stewards of the organisation for the wider community and follow a policy governance model in which they have one employee, the CEO.
