Corporate & Board Management Team

Loddon Mallee Housing Services is a Not-for-Profit Company, limited by guarantee, with an independent Board of Directors. A copy of the LMHS Mission Statement, values statement and our last three Annual Reports are available for download below.

The agency has developed and implemented common planning frameworks, which incorporate strategy formulation, operations planning, and a continuous improvement cycle. It incorporates an issue resolution platform for decision-making, which ensures transparency. In terms of staff support and supervision the agency uses cutting edge and validated leadership/management development and coaching tools to encourage staff to become self managing within a supportive environment.

The commitment of the Board of Directors, management and staff in pushing these initiatives has been essential for this organisation to operate successfully, over the past couple of years considering the rate of growth, change and activity that the agency has and is experiencing

The agency has adopted a ‘market needs’ driving force which ensures that the nature and the direction of service delivery is targeted to both the current range of people experiencing homelessness and the emerging needs of the homeless population in the region. Research and development is an activity that is very quickly becoming an imperative in ensuring that services are targeted and delivered in a timely manner to meet the emerging housing and support needs.
